We devoted out meeting to planning of the I heart SF Treasure Hunt. Here is th finalized list of Treasure Hunt categories:

6) Laughter

7) A person who looks like their dog

8) A View

9) Public art

10) An indulgence/fetish/sin

We have a venue: D7 (Cat's warehouse)

-Questions for D7

-Do they have a projector?

-How do we mount the projector?

-Can we post the address on facebook?

-What kind of sound equipment? What do we need to bring?

-When can we come for a walk-though?

-What time do we need to be there on the day of the party?

We have a date and time: July 31st 7-12pm

Judging will be done by WAM members based on a point system

-4 winners total

-1st, 2nd and 3rd place - get trophies

-People's choice award, best picture of the night - gets book, trophy and one page spread in "In Gen"

Saturday test run treasure hunt on 6/12 at 10:30am at Kate's on Haight. Go Team WAM!

Research cost/ turn-around of books - Stella

Think of crafts to make and sell at the party - Marina

Research trophies/ cost and style - Aurora

Research link/paypal - Norma and Marina

Next Meeting:

Tuesday 6/22 7pm Marina's house

-We will write rules for hunt and details, also picture specifications, release form so that we can print their images and define prizes, etc.
